In your official race results, on the HYROX website or app. Open your result and you'll see your time for every station. A screenshot is enough to copy them from.

A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) and A2 (42 × 59.4 cm), both on premium matte, museum-quality paper. A3 is our most popular size for framing. A2 makes a statement above a desk or in a home gym.

No, the frame is not included: you receive the print only. That keeps the price down and lets you pick a frame that suits your space.

A3 and A2 are standard sizes, so ready-made frames are easy to find in homeware stores, supermarkets and online, often for less than the price of a meal out.

• Black, thin frame: matches the dark design and gives the cleanest look.
• Want a gallery feel? Put an A3 print in an A2 frame with a mount (passe-partout): the white border makes it look like a museum piece.
• Anti-glare glass or acrylic is a nice extra if the wall gets direct sunlight.
