How fast will you finish Hyrox?

The Hybrid Print Hyrox time calculator predicts your finish time from your running and your level on each of the eight stations. In under a minute you get your predicted finish, all 16 splits, your Roxzone time, and the one station where you're losing the most time.

Built with our training partner hyrox_dailytraining, calibrated on real Season 8 race data.

  1. Tell us who you areMen or women, Open or Pro. Pro adds the heavier sleds, sandbag, kettlebells and wall ball.
  2. Enter your running timeYour best recent 5 km or 10 km. Running makes up about half of a Hyrox, so this is the biggest input.
  3. Answer one question per stationSimple, honest answers: how often you stop on the sled, how many wall balls you can do unbroken, whether you walk or run the farmers carry.
  4. Get your raceYour predicted finish, a likely range, every split, and your biggest win.

How to read your result

Your estimate isn't just a number. Here's what each part tells you.

  • Your predicted finish and rangeThe big number is your most likely time. The range covers a good day and a tough one: venue, crowd, pacing and how you slept all play a part.
  • Your running splitsHyrox runs are slower than your fresh 10 km pace, because every kilometre starts straight after a station. The weaker your stations, the more your legs pay for it on the next run. That's why your splits get slower from run 1 to run 8.
  • Your station splitsEach one is based on your answer and on real race times, from median athletes up to the fastest in the world.
  • Your RoxzoneThe time spent in transitions, between the run and each station. Beginners often lose several minutes here without noticing.
  • Your biggest winThe station where moving up one level would save you the most time, including the knock-on effect on your running. If you only fix one thing before your next race, fix this one.

How does your time compare?

Finish times in the Open division at the 2026 Hyrox World Championships in Stockholm. That field is stronger than a typical race, so a time that ranks mid-pack there usually ranks higher at a regular event.

Where most athletes lose time

Compare median Open athletes with the elite and the same pattern shows up in race after race.

  • Wall balls, burpee broad jumps and lungesThese three high-rep stations show the biggest gaps, often two to three minutes each between a median athlete and the elite. They reward training volume and pacing more than raw strength.
  • Running that fadesMany athletes start the first kilometre far too fast and pay for it later. Holding even splits from run 1 to run 8 is worth minutes.
  • The RoxzoneWalking, hesitating, chalking up. Recreational athletes commonly lose three minutes or more in transitions, with zero extra fitness needed to win them back.
  • The sledsSled pull in particular separates athletes who have practised the technique at race weight from those who haven't.

Meet hyrox_dailytraining, our training partner

We make posters for your finish line. hyrox_dailytraining helps you get there faster.

hyrox_dailytraining is a Hyrox coach and athlete with a community of more than 50,000 athletes. Their programs are built around exactly what this calculator measures: running that holds up under fatigue, and the stations where most people bleed time.

The calculator shows you where your minutes go. The programs are built to win them back.

That's why we built this tool together. A prediction on its own doesn't make you faster. Knowing your weak spots and training them with a clear plan does.

  • Built by a Hyrox athletePrograms written by someone who races, for people who race. Every session has a reason to be there.
  • Aimed at your weak spotsWall balls, sleds, lunges, compromised running: the programs target the parts of the race where the calculator shows you're losing time.
  • Hyrox-specific, not generic fitnessTraining that mirrors the race: running straight after station work, race weights, race movements.
  • A community of 50,000+Race analysis, split breakdowns of the fastest athletes and training ideas every week on Instagram.

Questions

How accurate is the calculator?

It's calibrated on real Season 8 results, from median Open athletes up to the Open world records. Most athletes land within the range shown. The more honest your answers, the closer it gets.

Why is my Hyrox running slower than my 10 km pace?

Because in Hyrox you never run fresh. Every kilometre starts straight after a station, with heavy legs and a high heart rate. The calculator adds that fatigue based on your station level and your race experience.

Should I enter my 5 km or my 10 km time?

Either works. Use a recent, honest time from the last few months. If you have both, the 10 km is closer to the effort of a Hyrox.

Does it work for the Pro division?

Yes. Choose Pro and the heavier sled, sandbag, kettlebell and wall ball weights are factored in.

Does it work for Doubles or Relay?

The calculator predicts a Singles race. For Doubles and Relay, your individual prediction is still a good way to see which stations you should take on and which your partner should.

I've never done a Hyrox. Can I still use it?

Yes. Answer what you know, and leave any station on "Not sure": we'll use the average for that one. Choosing "First race" also adds a little extra time for pacing and transitions.

How can I improve my predicted time?

Start with your biggest win. Then retest: change your answers as you improve and watch your prediction drop. For a structured plan, our training partner hyrox_dailytraining has programs built for exactly that.

Where do I get the training programs?

The programs are sold by hyrox_dailytraining through their Payhip store. Every "See the training programs" button on this page takes you straight there.
