Because each poster is custom-made with your personal race data, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once your order has gone to print. If you notice an error in your submitted details, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before production begins.

If your poster arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a reprint or refund.
