By placing an order on thehybridprint.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. PRODUCTS
The Hybrid Print sells custom-printed posters based on race data provided by the customer. All products are made to order and personalized — no two orders are identical.

2. ORDERING & PERSONALIZATION
After purchase, you will be asked to submit your race details (name, race information, finish time, and station splits) via a short form. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate before submission. Production begins shortly after order confirmation.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

4. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Once submitted, your poster is produced and shipped according to the timelines described in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because each poster is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once an order has gone to print, except in cases of printing defects or damage during shipping. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, branding, and content on this site are the property of The Hybrid Print. The Hybrid Print is an independent brand.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Hybrid Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
